Shipping Policy

Products can be shipped anywhere in the 48 Continental United States of America. Currently, we offer Standard shipping - generally UPS Ground. All products are shipped FOB Surgin, Inc. or manufacturer/distributor location.

The shipping time refers to the delivery time once the product has been shipped. Products are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Every effort is made to ship items as quickly as possible. Please note that during holiday seasons and times of high demand, delays could be longer than usual.

Shipping charges are based on the product selected. Shipping charges are itemized and displayed in your shopping cart at the time of ordering the product. Occasionally, we offer specials of free shipping. Such specials cannot be combined with any other offer.

All products purchased from Surgin, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items will pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

Warranty and Return Policy

Canceling Orders

Surgin, Inc. will cancel your order and refund all your money as long as your item has not been shipped. Once your order has obtained a UPS or common carrier tracking number it becomes too late for a full refund. You can return the item after it has been shipped, however, you are responsible for shipping it back at your own expense and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund any shipping charges.

Returning Merchandise

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Surgin, Inc. within fifteen (15) days of shipment date. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Used merchandise or merchandise that has been opened cannot be returned. All return goods authorizations (RGA) are good for 10 days only once issued. After RGA expires, your return will be charged a $50 processing fee to re-issue a new RGA. We do not refund any shipping charges.

Defective Returns

Defective merchandise may be returned to Surgin, Inc. for replacement as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used and defective merchandise or manufacturer defects found after the product has been used may also be returned for warranty repair or replacement. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you call our costumer service line before taking any action. We do not refund any shipping charges.

Damaged Returns

If your package is received damaged DO NOT RETURN! Immediately contact the shipping company at once to report the damage and they will come back to inspect the package. UPS: (800) 742-5877, FedEx: (800) 463-3339, US Postal (Call Your local branch).

Before signing the delivery receipt examine the contents of the package for any physical damage. If the carton shows signs of damage note it on the delivery receipt, and request inspection by the shipping company. If damage cannot be detected until package is opened, call the shipping company for inspection and get a concealed bad order report. Claims for damages must be filed by YOU. Claims for physical damage must be filed within 10 days of receipt. Concealed damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt. This package left our warehouse in good condition and we cannot assume responsibility for loss or breakage in transit. We will not take responsibility for any damaged goods you accept and do not report.

Customer Must Sign for Merchandise

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged en route. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call our customer service line immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise without speaking to Surgin, Inc., you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

NOTICE OF JURISDICTION For purpose of clarification: Surgin, Inc. is a California based business and is subject to the laws of the State of California. Pursuant to applicable laws CCC 60-308b as a customer all jurisdiction matters will be handled by the laws of the State of California. For any dispute relating to the purchase of any product purchased, we are under the jurisdiction of the cities of Orange County, California.

Acceptance of Orders Policy

Receiving an order acknowledgement via e-mail does not guarantee the acceptance of an order. Surgin, Inc. reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered and/or refuse to sell to any customer.
